Why we started The Next Gen ERP
After years working inside large consulting firms, our founders kept seeing the same pattern: mid-market companies would invest heavily in SAP, only to go live late, over budget, and with a system their teams didn't know how to use.
The problem wasn't SAP. It was the way implementations were being run — too much overhead, too little accountability, and consultants who rotated off the project before the real work began.
We built The Next Gen ERP to fix that. A smaller, more focused firm where senior consultants stay on your project from kickoff to steady state — and where a successful go-live is the only acceptable outcome.
